Return Policy

We will only exchange items or provide refunds for items that have been broken or damaged in the mail or upon arrival if they are returned within 7 days of the shipped date. If your item is damaged please send an email to our contact page. In order to initiate a return, please follow these steps:   

  • Please send all information through our contact page
  • e-Mail us and note subject Return of Merchandise.  
  • In the email please include all of your shipping and personal information.
  • Once item has been received and inspected, we will issue you a refund and confirming e-Mail.

(We may and in most cases will need to receive a photo of the damaged product prior to an exchange.)
